What Are My Shipping Options?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for All purchases quality for both in-store or Curbside pickup Pickups are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM-5:00PM. We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party suppler may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within [area of coverage]. For orders under $100, we charge $10.99 for local delivery. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Free Shipping

We offer free USPS First-Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail shipping for orders over $100 when shipped to any of the 48 contiguous states.

Expedited Shipping

Pearl Skin Studio offers expedited shipping rates for next day and Priority Express Shipping when available. Expedited shipping cost is $29.45 Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Pearl Skin Studio, 9580 W. Sahara Ave. Ste. 109 Las Vegas, NV 89117. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. Service refers to the Website. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping online. To make a purchase AND request international shipping, please email us at contact@pearlskinstudio.com or contact a Pearl Skin Beauty Enthusiast by phone at 702.525.5504 to make a purchase and request international shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pearl Skin Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7-12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@pearlskinstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
